May I return the goods if I am not satisfied? Is there any day limitation?

Yes, customer may claim for a replacement if the defects of the product have been found within 15 days of receiving.

Is there any matters needing attention for returning ( repair ) items?
A:
  • ACARD will take the responsibility to fix or replace the defective product only if it is under the circumstance of normal usage and within the product guarantee period.
  • Customers have to pay the freight lost while returning the defective products to ACARD. ACARD will bear cost the freight while delivering the fixed products or replacement back to customers.
  • ACARD don't take the responsibility for lost or stolen parts while returning the defective products. Therefore, suggested that all authorized returns should include a shipment tracking number to make sure.

If I want to ship the item to America, can I pay online but not with Paypal?

Paypal is a company which ACARD cooperate with for payment. After you pay with Paypal, our distributor of ACARD in America, 2SAN Inc., will deliver your item by UPS. It's faster for you to receive what you ordered and also saved your shipping cost!

- If you want to ship the item to other countries( without America), you may choose the credit card online payment or credit card charge by fax order.
