Return and Exchange
- ACARD On-line Shop Products Warranty Period

- Bridge : 2 years
- Within 15 Days of Receiving
- Customer may e-mail to service@acard.com immediately if the defects of the product have been found. Please offer the detail information and we will help for the return / exchange handling.
- Exclusion situation:
- Over 15 days of receiving
- Improper operation or product external damaged
- Product package incomplete when sending back
- Product only can return / exchange once
- ACARD doesn't take the responsibility for lost or stolen parts while returning the defective products. Therefore, suggested that all authorized returns should include the shipment tracking information note to make sure.
- After 15 Days of Receiving to Warranty Period
- ACARD will take the responsibility to fix the defective product only if it is under the circumstance of normal usage and within the product guarantee period. Please e-mail to service@acard.com to make an arrangement before shipping the defective products to ACARD.
- Please notice that customers have to pay the freight while returning the defective products to ACARD. ACARD will bear the freight while sending the fixed products back to customers. However, if the sending address is not the original one, ACARD will charge additionally.
- ACARD doesn't take the responsibility for lost or stolen parts while returning the defective products. Therefore, suggested that all authorized returns should include the shipment tracking information note to make sure.
- ACARD has the right to refuse to fix the improper-operated or external-damaged products.
- Over Warranty Period
ACARD will charge customer for fixing or components if the defective product is over warranty period. ( after ACARD engineers confirmed )
- ACARD will notify customer of estimated charge to repair the products ( also customer confirms to pay) before performing the service.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers all hardware components excluding components with following conditions.
- All products/parts/components not purchased from ACARD on-line shop directly.
- Product is over the regular warranty period.
- Product damaged during shipping back to ACARD due to insufficient or improper packaging.
- Physical damages of products.
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake,
etc.)
- Product malfunction due to improper operation against the recommended operation conditions.
- Product has been repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel.
- Any labels been broken/damaged or missing or unable to recognize.
- Product damage caused by computer viruses.
- Product malfunction due to the natural damage by usage or storage environment, ex: rustiness
