Pre-order Policy

1.Customers who pre-order will enjoy the right of having their packages shipped out first.
2.Pre-ordering does not guarantee delivery dates, customers will be notified via E-mail when their purchases are ready to be delivered.
3.Customers need not pay for their pre-order purchases until they receive E-mail notifications that their purchases are ready to be delivered.
4.Upon receiving payment, purchases will be confirmed and prepared for delivery.
5.Before purchases are confirmed, customers have the right to cancel their pre-orders. However, once pre-orders are confirmed, customers cannot cancel their purchases.
6.Customers are to complete payments upon receiving the E-mail notifications that their purchases are ready to be delivered or orders will be cancelled.
7.When orders are cancelled, customers can pre-order again if they still wish to purchase.
8.Customers can log-in to check the details and progress of their pre-orders.
9.When customers pre-order more than 1 item, their purchases will be sent altogether when they are ready, to save courier expenses.
10.Every customer is limited to pre-ordering only 1 set.

  Pre-ordering Procedure:

Step 1: Go to pre-order website and place order.
Step 2: Please read and click “Agree” on the pre-order policy. Press the “Next Step”button to continue shopping.
Step 3: Double check your purchases before confirming your shopping list.
Step 4: Upon successful ordering, you will receive an E-mail notification with details of your purchases.
Step 5: You will be notified via E-mail when your purchases are ready to be delivered. You have to complete payment within 5 days for purchases to be confirmed.
Step 6: When payment is complete, purchases will be confirmed.
